What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For many products the practical minimum is around one container (about 20-25 tons). Mixed containers and small trial quantities can be reviewed - tell us the requirement and we will confirm it against the mill or available stock.

How do you quote — which currency?

We quote in USD based on current market pricing, typically on FOB or CIF terms according to your destination port.

What payment methods do you accept?

Common terms are T/T (telegraphic transfer) and irrevocable L/C at sight. Details are confirmed with the proforma invoice.

What is the delivery / lead time?

Loading time depends on stock or mill schedule and is confirmed with the quotation. Made-to-order sizes depend on quantity, specification and mill lead time.

Can you produce custom sizes and specifications?

Yes. We offer slitting, cut-to-length and coating adjustments, and supply sections in fixed or custom lengths to your drawings.

Which ports do you ship from?

We mainly ship from Ningbo and Shanghai. Routing, transit time and destination coverage are confirmed per order against the product, the destination and the applicable trade measures.

What documents do you provide?

Depending on the order and destination we coordinate or provide documents such as mill test certificate (MTC), certificate of origin (COO), certificate of conformity (COC) where applicable, packing list, commercial invoice and inspection reports when specified. The exact document set is confirmed before order placement.

What do you need from me to prepare a quotation?

Grade and standard, size, quantity, destination port, and any document or inspection requirement.

Can we start with a trial quantity?

Yes - a trial quantity can be reviewed case by case against the mill minimum and available stock.

Which markets do you currently serve?

Our first verified export route is India. Other markets are under development and reviewed case by case.

Do you operate your own mill, or issue certificates?

No. We are a steel trading and export coordination company. We do not operate a mill and we do not issue certificates ourselves.

What does the mill test certificate show?

The MTC records the heat or coil number, the grade as analysed, and the chemical and mechanical results for that heat, tested to the standard named on the certificate.
