India Steel Export Experience

India is our first verified export route. This page sets out what we have actually done, what we coordinate, and what we can and cannot publish.

What we have done

  • Traded steel products since 2003, with steel trading as the core business
  • Handled repeat export-order execution to India through a single, repeatable steel export process
  • Coordinated supplier verification, inspection, packing, loading and export documents on those orders
  • Worked with an Indian-American trading counterpart, so the buyer side is familiar rather than theoretical

What we cannot publish

  • Customer names, order values, dates and product-level order records are not ours to publish.
  • Detailed shipment records can be shared after an NDA and with the buyer’s identity removed.
  • We would rather show you the process than a wall of numbers we cannot evidence.

Order flow

How an India export order runs

01

RFQ review

Grade, standard, size, quantity, destination port and required documents.

02

Supply matching

Stock or mill options checked against tolerance, processing and lead time.

03

Offer and confirmation

USD basis, trade term, packing method and estimated schedule confirmed.

04

Inspection and packing

Material identification, dimensions, surface and export packing verified.

05

Loading and documents

Container loading coordinated and the agreed document set prepared.

For new buyers

What we can do on a first order

  • Walk you through the document set and inspection practice used on the India route
  • Review your specification against available stock or mill capability before any commitment
  • Work on a trial quantity so the process is proven before volume
  • Keep the commercial terms simple: confirmed specification, confirmed document set, confirmed delivery basis

We are not a mill and we do not claim certifications we do not hold. What we offer on this route is order execution and document discipline.
